 Doug Priester is a graduate of Industrial Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. By the age of 12 he was working with his parents in the commercial construction business and later went on to design and sell commercial construction projects. After moving to Montgomery, Alabama in 1975, Doug changed his career field and became a real estate agent and in 1983 he moved to life insurance. Doug has worked almost exclusively in the postal benefits business for 7 years. And the insurance business for 28 years.
Doug and his wife reside in Waynesville, NC and live in the house that his wife grew up in. He enjoys traveling and is an avid photographer. Doug says that he used to do a lot of bass fishing, "but can't seem to find the time anymore." The Priester's have five children and six grand-children. |

Matthew Morse is a South Carolina native, originally from Charleston. After tying the knot with his wife, Jenna, they moved to Sumter to be closer to her family. Matthew has a strong background in Graphic Design with experience as an Art Director for one of the southeast's largest ad agencies. He has worked with many clients, large and small to create a wide array of marketing material and corporate identity collateral. 
Patrick Ginefra Over the last 12 years Pat has been able to successfully help thousands of clients develop insurance strategies to protect their assets and retirement income. In the past he has also worked as a successful retail business owner and had an earlier background in the telecommunications field.
Jerry McCoy has been a valuable member of the Dillard Financial Team within our Florida Region for approximately 2 years now. Jerry holds a BS from Morningside College and has over 30 years in the Financial Services Industry. He has worked as a banker, stockbroker and a successful insurance agent. As a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), Jerry brings the level of expertise needed to help design our clients with an efficient Life and Health portfolio, as well as safe retirement planning.
Geoffrey Roberts is our marketing director. He has over 15 years experience in graphic communication industry. He is expert in publication design, web site design and social media. He spent 4 years as a High school teacher and 10 years as an art director for advertising agencies in FL & SC. He & His wife Amy have two children Christopher and Elizabeth Anna.
